roadmap · what we'll weave

What we are weaving next.

Ordered by conviction, not by date. Nothing below is a commitment.

now

More the Weaver can close. It writes missing tests and aligns a repository with a ruling today. The same rails could carry a documentation fix or a stale comment, one carefully chosen job kind at a time.

now

The first five minutes. One command should find every agent on the machine, import cleanly, and say exactly what it will and will not upload. Everything else matters less than someone getting to a useful answer on their own history.

soon

More readers, more handoff targets. Other open-source agent CLIs join the weave. The reader contract is deliberately small, so a new one is an afternoon rather than a quarter.

later

Closing the cross-language gap, and compaction insurance: handing an agent back the part that mattered instead of letting it forget. Both are written down; neither is promised.

This is a direction, not a delivery schedule. Nothing here is built yet, and the list will change as the first people to run Motif tell us what is actually missing. What is built lives on the changelog, and what is broken belongs in an issue.
